Over the past two years, Tatics has proudly worked across borders with the partners to co-create inclusive, innovative, and practical tools that empower young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through entrepreneurship education.

As the project draws to a close, Tatics gathered with local stakeholders for the Multiplier Event - a great moment to:

• Present the final results (Data Review & Needs Analysis Reports, 6 microlearning modules, instructional scripts, and the learning platform)
• Share ideas for the future sustainability of PowerUP!

After the training in Larissa — where, thanks to the exchange with our European partners, Tatix explored a training path to promote inclusion, skills development, and empowerment through innovative and accessible methodologies — it was finally time to bring it to Italy!

We have started training new trainers, testing together the guidelines, the digital platform, and the supporting materials designed to:

• Offer flexible approaches tailored to different learning styles
• Enhance individual strengths in developing entrepreneurial ideas
• Use role-playing and simulations to foster active, inclusive learning

The goal? To gather feedback on what we’ve built over the past few years, spark new ideas, and co-create an entrepreneurship education that truly includes everyone.

As we wrap up the Power Up journey, we’re excited to share the final edition of our newsletter, capturing recent updates, achievements, and moments that made this project impactful.

Περισσότεροι από 20 συμμετέχοντες συμμετείχαν σε αυτόν τον 3ήμερο κύκλο εκπαίδευσης, σχεδιασμένο για νέους με ειδικές εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες, καθώς και για εκπαιδευτικούς, ειδικούς στην ειδική εκπαίδευση, φροντιστές και εκπροσώπους επιχειρήσεων.

Μέσω συναρπαστικών συνεδριών μικρομάθησης, διαδραστικών εργαλείων και εκπαιδευτικών παιχνιδιών, οι συμμετέχοντες:

– ανέπτυξαν βασικές δεξιότητες ζωής και επαγγελματικές δεξιότητες,

– εξερεύνησαν συμπεριληπτικές και κοινωνικές επιχειρηματικές προσεγγίσεις,

– ανταλλάσσοντας ιδέες και εμπειρίες σε ένα ασφαλές, υποστηρικτικό περιβάλλον.

Στις 17–18 Ιουλίου, οι εταίροι του έργου Power Up συναντήθηκαν στη Βιέννη για την τελική διακρατική συνάντηση, που φιλοξενήθηκε από τους καταπληκτικούς εταίρους μας στο VAEV Research and Development Agency.

Αυτή η κλειστή συνάντηση ήταν μια πολύτιμη ευκαιρία να στοχαστούμε για το ταξίδι που μοιραστήκαμε τα τελευταία δύο χρόνια—από την έρευνα και την ανάπτυξη ενοτήτων μέχρι τις πιλοτικές εκπαιδεύσεις και την εκκίνηση της πλατφόρμας. Οι εταίροι συζήτησαν τα τελικά παραδοτέα κάθε Work Package, μοιράστηκαν στοχασμούς για τα εθνικά πιλοτικά προγράμματα και διασφάλισαν ότι όλα είναι έτοιμα για την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του έργου.

Η Enoros Consulting Ltd φιλοξένησε με περηφάνια το πιλοτικό εργαστήριο εκπαίδευσης του έργου Power Up στη Λευκωσία, Κύπρος, ως μέρος του Work Package 4 (WP4).

Το πιλοτικό έργο συγκέντρωσε εκπαιδευτικούς, εκπαιδευτές και ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς που εργάζονται με νέους με Ειδικές Εκπαιδευτικές Ανάγκες (SEN) για να δοκιμάσουν και να εξερευνήσουν τα εκπαιδευτικά υλικά και εργαλεία που αναπτύχθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια του έργου.

Οι συμμετέχοντες είχαν την ευκαιρία να ασχοληθούν με:

✔️ Τις έξι συμπεριληπτικές ενότητες μικρομάθησης

Από τις 16–20 Ιουνίου, εκπαιδευτικοί, διευκολυντές και εταίροι έργου από όλη την Ευρώπη συγκεντρώθηκαν στο JOIST Innovation Park στη Λάρισα, Ελλάδα, για μια δυναμική και εμπνευσμένη εβδομάδα μάθησης, ανταλλαγής και συνεργασίας ως μέρος του έργου Power Up.

Φιλοξενούμενη από το IED Institute of Entrepreneurship Development, αυτή η 5ημερη εκπαίδευση, στην οποία συμμετείχαν 12 συμμετέχοντες από όλους τους εταιρικούς οργανισμούς, σηματοδότησε ένα βασικό ορόσημο στο έργο: τη πιλοτική δοκιμή των εκπαιδευτικών ενοτήτων και εργαλείων που αναπτύχθηκαν για την υποστήριξη της επιχειρηματικής εκπαίδευσης για νέους με Ειδικές Εκπαιδευτικές Ανάγκες (SEN).

Άλλη μια συναρπαστική και ενεργητική ημέρα στην εκπαίδευση Power Up στη Λάρισα! Χθες οι συμμετέχοντες εξερεύνησαν την Ενότητα 4 και μέρος της Ενότητας 5, συνεχίζοντας να δομούν την κατανόησή τους για το πώς να δώσουν ζωή στην επιχειρηματική εκπαίδευση για νέους με Ειδικές Εκπαιδευτικές Ανάγκες (SEN).

🌱 Η Ενότητα 4 επικεντρώθηκε στο “πώς” της νεανικής επιχειρηματικότητας—ενθαρρύνοντας τη βιώσιμη σκέψη, την δημιουργική καινοτομία και την έξυπνη χρήση ψηφιακών εργαλείων για την ταυτοποίηση και ανάπτυξη επιχειρηματικών ιδεών.

Η εκπαίδευση Power Up στη Λάρισα, που φιλοξενείται από το IED Institute of Entrepreneurship Development, είναι σε πλήρη εξέλιξη, και η Ημέρα 2 έφερε άλλη μια εμπνευσμένη και διαδραστική εμπειρία για όλους τους συμμετέχοντες!

Χθες εξερευνήσαμε τις Ενότητες 2 και 3, βουτώντας σε μερικές από τις πιο σημαντικές πτυχές της συμπεριληπτικής εκπαίδευσης και των πρακτικών στρατηγικών για εργασία με νέους με Ειδικές Εκπαιδευτικές Ανάγκες (SEN).

💡 Η Ενότητα 2 επικεντρώθηκε στην κατανόηση των δυνάμεων και των αναγκών των νευροποικίλων μαθητών, στη δόμηση συμπεριληπτικών μαθησιακών περιβαλλόντων και στην προώθηση της συναισθηματικής και κοινωνικής ενδυνάμωσης.

Ξεκινήσαμε επίσημα την Εκπαίδευση Power Up στη Λάρισα, και τι φανταστική αρχή ήταν! Φιλοξενείται από το IED Institute of Entrepreneurship Development, αυτή η 5-ημερη διακρατική εκπαίδευση συγκεντρώνει εταίρους, εκπαιδευτικούς και διευκολυντές από όλη την Ευρώπη για να δοκιμάσουν τα εκπαιδευτικά υλικά που αναπτύχθηκαν μέσω του Power Up Project.

On 30 April, the Power Up Consortium held its latest monthly meeting, where partners gathered (virtually) to review progress and coordinate the exciting next steps in our journey to empower youth with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

✅ Planning for WP4, which includes the much-anticipated pilot phase

On October 18th, the Power Up project team proudly took part in an online conference as part of ERASMUSDAYS, focusing on empowering vulnerable communities through inclusive education and mental health support. On July 23, 2024, our dedicated consortium convened online for a pivotal Transnational Project Meeting. We’re thrilled to share updates on the remarkable progress we’ve made!

On the 20th of June 2024, the Center of Creative and Social Practices, Bulgaria had an inspiring online focus group meeting, centered around supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). In this first meeting we were pleased to get to know nine experts, sharing their thoughts, their daily challenges and their achievements.

The main focus of the meeting was exchanging best practices from the use of digital tools by Bulgarian educators for better and productive work with young people with SEN.

Join us for an Info Days event hosted by TATICS, on the 27th of June, 2024, at 11:30 AM in S. Anna, Perugia. This special event is part of our ongoing efforts to empower and educate within the Power Up Project.

🌟 Συναρπαστικές ειδήσεις από το έργο PowerUP! 🌟

Στις 12 Ιουνίου 2024, η Enoros Consulting διοργάνωσε συνάντηση ομάδας εστίασης στην οποία συμμετείχαν τέσσερις αξιοσέβαστοι επαγγελματίες, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ψυχολόγων και εκπαιδευτικών. Αυτή η συνεδρία αφιερώθηκε στην αξιολόγηση των απαντήσεων του πρόσφατου ερωτηματολογίου μας και στη συλλογή άμεσων σχολίων από ειδικούς στον τομέα.

On May 27, 2024, the Power Up team gathered online for our monthly meeting, a great opportunity to catch up and share progress. We delved into the results from our recent focus groups and discussed ongoing project activities. The insights we’re gaining are invaluable, helping us tailor our efforts to better serve young adults with special educational needs.

✅ The focus group organized online by the Italian partner Tatics on 16th May was really participated.

14 experts, among educators, psychologists, trainers, nurses, representatives of the public health center, entrepreneurs with experience with SEN identified the challenges and opportunities in teaching Entrepreneurship to young with SEN.

📢 The partner Tatics organises the focus group of the Erasmus+ PowerUp Project for improving the entrepreneurial skills of young adults with SEN - Special Educational Needs, increasing their competitiveness in the job market 🚀.

On Tuesday 23 April the focus group meeting for the POWER UP project took place in Larissa/Greece (JOIST Innovation Park), under the coordination of the Institute for the Development of Entrepreneurship, with the participation of 9 professionals in the field of mental health, empowerment, and education of people with special educational needs (SEN).

Participants included representatives of the Association of Parents, Guardians and Friends of People with Autism of Larissa, special education professionals and speech-therapists with extensive experience in dyslexia, psychologists, psychotherapists, trainers and caregivers in public and private creative activity centres for people with SEN.

🌟 Introducing the Power Partners of the “Power Up” Project! 🌟

We’re thrilled to announce the partners collaborating on the Power Up project, dedicated to empowering young adults with special education needs by enhancing their digital and entrepreneurial skills to help them enter the job market successfully.

• Centre for Creative and Social Practices (CCSP) - As the Lead Partner, CCSP, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, brings their expertise in social work, youth support, and soft skills training to manage the project, develop vital training modules, and guide our collective efforts towards social integration.

Last December, the #PowerUp! Project launched Center For Creative And Social Practices in Sofia, Bulgaria.

🤓The project aims to empower young adults with special education needs, through the enhancement of their digital and entrepreneurial skills, as a way to open new pathways for their successful entry into the job market.
