WP3 Training Course

This document includes all the findings from the five desktop research efforts conducted in the relevant countries of the POWER UP project consortium (Bulgaria, Austria, Greece, Cyprus, and Italy), which aim to crucially support the development of entrepreneurship education material for young adults with special education needs (SEN).

This document contains the results of the focus groups and questionnaire results conducted in the relevant countries of the POWER UP project consortium (Bulgaria, Austria, Greece, Cyprus, and Italy), which aim to crucially support the development of entrepreneurship education material for young adults with special education needs (SEN). The two sub-activities included in A2: Identification of Needs and Definition of Final Topics for the 6 Blended Microlearning Modules, of Work Package 3 (Development of a Training Course) aim to lead to the development of tailored-made modules based on the target group’s educational and professional needs.

The toolkit for the microlearning modules is a practical support package that gives trainers and facilitators access to structured PDF guides. These guides combine theory, learning objectives, reflection questions, extra resources, and ready-to-use activities, making it easy to adapt sessions to different groups and contexts. In this way, the toolkit acts as a hands-on companion, ensuring that entrepreneurship education for young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is inclusive, engaging, and effective.
